Code of Conduct

The open exchange of ideas and the freedom of thought and expression are central to the aims and goals of QCrypt; these require an environment that fosters dignity, understanding, and mutual respect, and that embraces diversity.

The organizers and the Steering Committee of QCrypt 2026 are committed to an inclusive conference experience, respectful of all participants and free of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation.

All committee members, authors, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at QCrypt 2026 are expected to read and agree with the following code of conduct. It applies to all event-related engagements, including committee work, event venues, online interactions and event-related social activities.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers and the Steering Committee retain the right to take any actions to keep the conference a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference.
